Essential Requirements * Current NMC or HCPC registration. * Qualified autonomous Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner with significant urgent/emergency care experience. * Minimum of 4 years' post-registration clinical experience, including experience within Emergency, Urgent Care, Acute Care or related settings. * Non-Medical Prescribing qualification. * Demonstrable experience managing minor illness and minor injury presentations autonomously. * Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and decision-making skills. * Proven leadership capability with experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues. * Ability to work confidently as an autonomous practitioner within a fast-paced and demanding urgent care environment.
