Babcock is recruiting an Emerging Talent Advisor in Dunfermline with hybrid working arrangements. This full‑time, permanent role focuses on shaping the next generation of talent across our graduate and apprenticeship programmes.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices and graduates, oversee performance and welfare, coordinate recruitment and rotations, and collaborate with line managers and training providers to drive progress and outcomes.
