They are now looking for an experienced and driven Employability Delivery Manager/Business Manager to lead the operational delivery of their Restart contract in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior manager with welfare-to-work or employability experience who enjoys leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding contract performance.The Role As Employability Delivery Manager/Business Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Restart contract, ensuring contractual KPIs, compliance standards and financial targets are consistently achieved.
