Employee Relations Specialist: ER Guidance & Investigations

VanRath is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join a forward-thinking HR team in Northern Ireland. You will provide expert guidance to managers on ER policies, support investigations, and ensure cases comply with employment law and company policies.
