Employer Brand Leader – Northern Ireland

EY in Belfast is seeking an Employer Brand Manager for Northern Ireland on a 12-month FTC. You will shape EY's employer value proposition and attract talent across assurance, consulting, tax and strategy, positioning EY as a place to grow careers.

You will lead employer-brand campaigns, collaborate with early-careers and experienced-hire teams, manage an associate, and build strong relationships with the EY UK Talent team and NI leadership to deliver aligned activities and measurable impact.
