Employer Partnerships Growth Lead

XR Training in Pyle, Bridgend, invites applications for an Employer Engagement & Business Development Officer to help grow our apprenticeship provision by securing new employer partnerships and promoting apprenticeship opportunities across South Wales.

The role involves contacting employers by telephone, building lasting relationships, and managing a personal pipeline to hit monthly start targets, while delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry to enrolment.
