Employment Solicitor / Employment Lawyer (Part-Time Remote) Salary - £45,000£60,000 FTE (pro rata depending on experience) Location - Predominantly home-based with occasional travel to our Cheshire office. As our Employment Law division continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Employment Solicitor or Employment Lawyer to join our friendly, supportive and ambitious team on a part-time basis. Working closely with our experienced HR professionals, you will advise a wide range of clients across different sectors on all aspects of employment law. Your responsibilities will include providing practical , commercially focused employment law advice to employers. Drafting contracts of employment, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements. Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to conclusion. Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service. Is a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer. Ideally has at least one years employment law experience. Enjoys working directly with clients and providing practical commercial advice. Salary of £45,000£60,000 FTE (pro rata depending on experience). Predominantly remote working. Flexible part-time hours. Private Medical Insurance.
