Employment Policy Adviser

Participants receive up to six months of physiotherapy alongside six months' free gym membership, allowing you to focus on what you do best providing tailored employment support while working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. Based in modern offices in North Finchley, you'll join a friendly, supportive team with an excellent reputation. You'll manage your own caseload (circa 25), deliver one-to-one employment coaching, engage with employers, maintain accurate records and help people move into sustainable employment. As with any quality employment programme, strong administration and case management skills are essential. Typically you will also work from home one day a week for admin. To be considered, you'll already need to be London-based and able to travel to North Finchley (approximately a 15-minute walk from Woodside Park Underground Station).
