An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor / Associate Solicitor specialising in Employment Law to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking legal team.

This is a great opportunity for an employment lawyer who wants high-quality work, genuine client exposure, flexibility and the chance to grow within a progressive environment.

The Role

You’ll work across a broad range of commercial employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation

• TUPE projects

• Corporate support work

• Day-to-day employment advisory matters

• Managing your own caseload

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting business development initiatives

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• NQ to 4 years’ PQE, with a clear employment law specialism

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial employment law

• Excellent organisational and workload management skills

• A proactive and commercially minded approach

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• A collaborative xwzovoh approach and willingness to contribute to a growing team
