The firm acts for a broad client base ranging from individuals and sole traders to SMEs and larger corporates across sectors including security, financial services, food manufacturing, leisure and transport. You'll be joining a successful Employment Department that advises both employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, policies and procedures, TUPE and Settlement Agreements. The department operates a partner-led approach with a flexible team structure, designed to develop junior team members and allocate work at the right level.
