A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Essex is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing employment team. The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and engaging caseload, including:

• 
  
• Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters

Handling Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing

Advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, and restructuring processes

Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

Advising on TUPE transfers and business reorganisations

Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution

Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law

Strong technical knowledge across contentious and advisory matters
