Are you an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate looking for the flexibility of a fully remote role without compromising on the quality of work? A well-established employment law practice is looking to appoint an Employment Tribunal Advocate to join its growing team.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal matters from instruction through to final hearing, with a particular focus on advocacy.
Working alongside experienced employment solicitors, you will represent clients in a wide range of contentious employment disputes.
Your responsibilities will include: Conducting advocacy in Employment Tribunal hearings, including multi-day Final Hearings.
Advising clients on the merits of claims and litigation strategy.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other Tribunal documents.
Preparing cases for hearings, including Preliminary Hearings and Case Management Hearings.
Negotiating settlements where appropriate.
Building strong relationships with clients by providing practical, commercial advice.
About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 3 years' experience conducting advocacy in Employment Tribunals.
Excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedure and employment law.
Strong advocacy, negotiation and communication skills.
The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Experience representing employers and/or claimants.
Qualification as a Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered Legal Executive, or an experienced non-qualified Employment Tribunal Advocate will also be considered.
