Energy Legal Counsel - M&A, Contracts & Compliance

GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking an experienced legal professional to support energy sector projects in the UK and Europe. The role encompasses M&A, joint ventures, and development work, with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts such as EPC, supply, and O&M agreements.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree with 3–7 years PQE, is fluent in English (Mandarin a plus), and can work effectively across multicultural teams while ensuring regulatory compliance across
