Engagement & Activities Lead for Elder Care

Mearns View Care Home in Newton Mearns is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme, enhancing wellbeing and promoting independence for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities, build strong relationships with residents and the wider care team, keep accurate records, and regularly review the programme to keep it engaging and aligned with care plans.
