Engagement Producer – Theatre (Hybrid & Community Impact)

Eden Court Highlands is seeking an Engagement Producer - Theatre to lead creative learning and participation across the Highlands. You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging projects, collaborating with communities and cross‑functional teams within the Engagement Department.

The role requires an experienced project manager and a passion for access and inclusion, with occasional travel across the Highlands and the possibility of some home‑working arrangements as agreed with your line manager.
