The successful candidate will manage and maintain Trend building management systems, configure IQ Vision and provide technical support to customers and internal teams. What you need Strong professional experience working with Trend BMS systems
Experience configuring, managing and maintaining IQ Vision
Practical experience using SET to maintain Trend BMS environments
Ability to export and integrate data from Trend into other systems
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and associated controls
Understanding of building automation protocols and technologies
Exposure to xkybehq Tridium, EDPAC, Modbus or BACnet would be advantageous
Experience analysing system performance, identifying faults and implementing improvements
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively with technical teams, operational colleagues and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a fast-paced facilities management or similar environment would be beneficial
