Engineering Manager Lead, Develop & TransformAre you an experienced Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Chief Engineer or Head of Engineering looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact?
We're working with a high-performing, international FMCG manufacturing business that is looking for an Engineering Manager to take ownership of the engineering and maintenance function at their Bedford site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing engineering team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
- Champion Health & Safety, driving a proactive safety culture with a focus on zero accidents
- Develop and implement a robust planned and preventative maintenance strategy
- Improve plant reliability, equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the site
- Develop and manage engineering KPIs, using data to improve reliability, efficiency and operational performance
