This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for guiding the engineering function, supporting product development, and ensuring innovative designs can be successfully delivered into production.
Working closely with manufacturing and operational teams, you'll play a key role in driving technical excellence, improving product performance, and leading a team of engineers through a varied portfolio of projects.
