Engineering Manager: Fleet & EV Maintenance Lead

Stagecoach Kilmarnock is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our depot team and own fleet maintenance and facilities. Based at MacKinlay Place, you will ensure safety, compliance and capable day-to-day operations while supporting future fleet evolution, including EVs.

You’ll manage 84 buses and 5 training vehicles, mentor engineers and technicians, and work with the Engineering Director on regional projects. We offer training, pension, holidays and staff benefits.
