Engineering Portfolio & P&L Leader

Assystem GmbH in Glasgow seeks an experienced Senior Business Manager to lead a high-performing engineering consultancy portfolio. You will own a project-based P&L and drive profitability, governance and disciplined performance across multiple delivery streams.

In partnership with the Programme Manager, you will ensure budgets, forecasts and KPIs are tight, and you will manage client relationships and proposals to secure long-term framework work and repeat business.
