Engineering Shift Team Leader

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring equipment, systems and people continue to perform at their best. We are looking for candidates with a recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled) and to have previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment.

A key requirement is to have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems and knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.

The Team Leader needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. This is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern providing excellent work-life balance. Early shift and back shift. The company offer ongoing training and development opportunities.
