Job Reference: 1239 Job Title: Engineering Supervisor Salary: £55,000 per annum Location: Brighton, BN88 Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00am 05:00pm Job Summary Were looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate a multi-skilled engineering team, ensuring the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and day-to-day engineering activities across commercial facilities in Brighton and Sussex.

Youll be responsible for managing a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices, providing technical guidance, supporting development and maintaining a strong focus on safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Manage, plan, coordinate and oversee team workloads, deadlines and day-to-day activities to ensure effective service delivery Provide holiday, training and sickness cover for other members of the engineering team Guide team members in applying relevant engineering practices and procedures, sharing technical expertise and supporting effective teamwork Help ensure PPM and reactive works are completed in accordance with applicable procedures, manufacturer requirements, asset needs and site standards Managing a team of engineers, fabric technician and 2 apprentices.
Requirements Proven Supervisory experience.
Strong technical knowledge within a commercial facilities environment.
Experience managing and coordinating engineering teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance and support the development of engineers and apprentices.
Right to work in UK Whats on Offer £55,000 per annum package Opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team.
