We're recruiting an Engineering Team Leader to lead a team of 5 engineers on a busy manufacturing site in Malton. As the Engineering Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting production, reducing downtime and developing your engineering team. This is a hands-on Engineering Team Leader position where you'll still be involved technically while leading from the front and driving engineering standards across the site.
