This is going to be any Engineering Manager's dream role, working within a state-of-the-art, fully automated and fast-paced manufacturing facility.
The business has recently invested heavily into the site, making this a fantastic place to work for any Engineering Team Manager looking to develop their career both technically and into a senior management position.
You will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, whilst also remaining hands-on and involved in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery.
You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.
Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Manager · Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
· Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory.
· Proven experience managing or leading an engineering team.
Requirements for the Engineering Team Manager · Leadership / Management experience.
· Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
· Recognised engineering qualification.
· Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance.
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Manager · Experience working in a leadership position within a UK manufacturing environment.
· Experience working within a highly automated manufacturing facility.
· Experience with continuous improvement and engineering reliability.
