Enterprise Service Desk Engineer — Hybrid, Flexible Hours

schuh is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join the Enterprise Service Desk at the Livingston Head Office. You will act as an internal SME and escalation point for third-party support, focusing on escalations, investigations, and service improvements across the support model.

The role covers hardware, software, networking, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration, with on-call duties outside standard hours and a hybrid working arrangement within the UK.
