As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building relationships with clients and candidates across professional industries. You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will support your development, giving you the tools and training needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients and professional candidates
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals
Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews
Match candidates to suitable vacancies
Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process
Develop new business opportunities with prospective clients
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Negotiate offers and manage placements
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Keep recruitment systems and candidate records up to date
What We're Looking For
No previous recruitment experience is required. We'd love to hear from people who have: A positive, driven and resilient attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Commercial awareness and ambition to succeed
The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
