This is a sales-focused role.
We're looking for someone confident, professional and ambitious who wants to build a career in recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
What you can expect As a Trainee IT Recruiter, you'll manage your own niche market and run the end-to-end recruitment process, networking with clients and IT professionals across your market.
Training and development An 8 to 10 week structured training programme with an onsite trainer, tailored to you Direct mentoring from your team leader and experienced consultants Progression opportunities Clear, transparent progression tracks with achievable targets Meritocratic structure that rewards achievement, not length of service Opportunities beyond Belfast, including the chance to relocate to our Florida office Incentives Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly Regular incentives, including international team-building trips, with last year including Tampa, Nashville, Dubrovnik and Paris Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission Sociable office environment with regular events and team incentives Belfast city centre office with showers and a modern onsite gym What else Your activity, effort and intent are recognised, with a focus on quality, consultative work rather than just numbers We don't micromanage.

Our uncapped commission structure means your income reflects your results To be successful Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, minimum 6 months Highly motivated and comfortable working under pressure Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs Excellent communicator, able to present to different stakeholders Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
