Environmental Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance, driving best practice, and helping project teams minimise environmental impacts while meeting client, legal and company requirements.

Location : Predominantly Havant Thicket Reservoir, with occasional travel to Thames Water and Southern Water projects across the South of the UK

Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent contract Environmental Advisor role at Ward & Burke, joining our Southern SHEQ team. The role will be predominantly based on our Havant Thicket Reservoir project, with occasional support required across our Thames Water and Southern Water projects. The ability to travel between these project locations when needed will be important.

Environmental Planning & Compliance

• Prepare, review and maintain Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs).
• Develop environmental risk assessments, aspects and impacts registers, and project environmental documentation.
