Prepareappropriatespecifications,reports,notices,schedulesandotherrelateddocumentationandserveCPN'sforfailuretocomplywithnoticeswhereappropriate.
Ensureappropriateandtimelyresponsestoallcorrespondence,complaintsandenquiriesfromtheserviceusers,stakeholders,seniorofficerswithinagreedtimescalesandinlinewithCamden'sCustomerCareStandards.

ESSENTIALQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEnvironmentalHealthOfficer
BScorDiplomainEnvironmentalHealthandbeeligibleforEHORBregistrationasanEHO.
Atleast2yearsofexperienceworkingwithinEnvironmentalHealthHousing
Haveadetailedknowledge/understandingofthelegislativeframeworkrelevanttotheteamanditsapplicationtocasework.
Musthaveextensiveexperienceinmakingrobustenforcementdecisionsandtakingenforcementactionunderpart1oftheHousingAct2004
Musthaveexperienceandconfidencetodealwithchallenginglandlordsandtenants.
