Equality and Human Rights Implementation Lead
As part of the team working in the Policing Together division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of the Policing Together Strategy and Co‑ordination department to our officers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide oversight and advice on equality, diversity, inclusion, human rights and children’s rights across Police Scotland.
- Reporting directly to the Inspector, Policing Together Strategy Co‑ordination, the post holder will support the Culture and Communities portfolio lead to ensure that Police Scotland fulfils legal and ethical responsibilities, embedding equality, human rights and children’s rights principles, with a focus on service delivery.
This role will be Monday‑Friday 0800–1600.
A driving licence is desirable for this role.
