Monarch Education is working with a local authority-led community education programme in Kidderminster to recruit a Community ESOL Tutor for a pilot project supporting adult learners who are new to the UK. This is a unique opportunity to support asylum seekers, refugees, and other adult learners with very limited English language skills through informal, welcoming ESOL sessions designed to build confidence, encourage community integration, and help learners navigate everyday life in the UK. Rather than delivering a rigid curriculum, we're looking for someone who can create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable practising English, asking questions, building social connections, and developing the confidence to engage with their local community.
