As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be pivotal in guiding clients to their dream property and adeptly managing the letting process.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are promptly and professionally addressed.

·Conduct property viewings, furnishing potential tenants with comprehensive details on available properties.

·Skilfully negotiate rental agreements and terms between landlords and tenants for mutually beneficial arrangements.

·Stay abreast of local property market trends, rental rates, and competition to offer informed advice to clients.
