Estate Agent Full Time | Monday-Friday- 8:30am-5:00pm | Saturday-9am-2pm (1 in 3) Salary - £26,000-£28,000 - OTE - £35,000-£40,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join a fast-paced, independent property business at an exciting stage of its growth. We’re looking for a confident and motivated property professional with sales experience within either residential sales or lettings, excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. You’ll benefit from a warm desk with existing opportunities, allowing you to hit the ground running, alongside genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities * Managing and progressing property sales from instruction through to completion * Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to prospective buyers * Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers * Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results * Following up warm leads and maximising sales opportunities * Providing regular feedback and updates to clients * Assisting with valuations and generating new business * Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers * Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets * Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process * Supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business The Essentials * Previous property sales experience within either sales or lettings * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Target-driven with a proven sales focus * Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills * Confident, proactive and motivated * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer? * Circa £40,000 OTE * Warm desk with existing opportunities * Excellent career progression prospects * Pool car for property viewings * Professional qualification opportunities * Friendly, supportive and energetic environment * Opportunity to grow with an ambitious independent business
