They are now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about property, confident working with clients and motivated by delivering excellent results throughout the property-selling process.

The role may be based at one of two branches within the organisation's regional network, depending on operational requirements.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their property sale, from initial listing through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Listing and marketing properties for sale.
• Building strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations throughout the sales process.
• Conducting property viewings and engaging with prospective buyers.
