Estate Facilities Lead - On-site Operations

Greystar is seeking an Estates Facilities Manager to lead on-site estates and maintenance across assigned properties, supervising technicians, ensuring safe, compliant operations, and delivering high service standards to residents and occupiers.

You will manage budgets, procurement, and performance reporting, coordinate contractors, uphold RAMS and safety policies, and work with cross-functional teams to optimise asset performance and capital planning.
