Estates & Facilities Manager – Public Sector

VANRATH seeks an experienced M&E Estates Officer (Public Sector) to support the Head of Estates in Belfast on a 6-month contract with potential for permanency. The role focuses on managing maintenance contracts, ensuring safety, compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and delivering energy-efficient facilities.

Essential criteria include a relevant degree or HND and at least 5 years in estates management, plus driving licence. Desirable: NEBOSH, CAD, CAFM experience.
