Estates Manager & Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) – Hybrid

VennGroup is assisting a Local Authority in South Wales by recruiting an Estates Manager/Chartered Surveyor. The role is based in Pembrokeshire with a hybrid 2/3 split and an immediate start.

The post involves strategic asset management, lettings, rent reviews, renewals and effective portfolio management to maximise income for the Council. MRICS/FRICS is preferred, with local government property experience and strong managerial capability.
