Were looking for a reliable, customer-focused Estates Officer / Street Warden to join a busy housing team based in Newark .Youll act as the eyes and ears of the council across local estates , carrying out inspections, engaging with residents and reporting issues to help keep neighbourhoods safe, clean and well managed.Key duties:Estate and neighbourhood inspectionsEngage with residents and report concernsIdentify repairs, ASB, fly-tipping and environmental issuesCheck communal areas and vacant propertiesLitter picking and minor DIY/maintenanceMaintain records and escalate issuesWhat were looking for:Customer-facing experienceReliable, dependable and comfortable working outdoorsGood communication and community engagement skillsPractical/DIY abilityFull UK driving licence and confident driving a vanWhat's on offer:£20£22 per hour (Umbrella), depending on experienceInitial 6-month contract with potential to extendCompany van providedImmediate interviews and quick startLocation & TravelThe role is based in Newark xwzovoh and involves travelling across estates and neighbourhoods in the local area .
