Estates Officer Location: Littlemore, Oxford (with travel across Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust sites as required) Band 6 - £24.61/hr Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00 (37.5 hours per week) Temporary recruitment basis with the possibility of turning permanent for the right applicant. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating maintenance services, leading teams, and ensuring our healthcare environments remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day allocation and scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance work across the Trust, ensuring jobs are prioritised appropriately, resources are deployed effectively and agreed response times and KPIs are consistently achieved.
