Estimating Manager - Essex Salary: £100,000+ + Package Office based - 5 days per week An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimating Manager to join a successful and growing construction business based in Essex. The business delivers complex construction projects across specialist sectors, with a strong reputation for technical expertise, quality delivery and a client-focused approach. They are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced estimating professional to strengthen and develop their pre-construction function.   This is a key role within the business, managing and leading an established team of 7 experienced estimators. The focus is not just on producing tenders, but on improving the overall estimating function; driving efficiency, consistency, quality and ultimately increasing the company's success rate in winning work.
