Coach and develop estimators and office staff to improve accuracy, productivity and customer service. Liaise with Sales, Production, Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, monitoring KPIs and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
