Due to company growth, we're recruiting for an Assistant Estimator, Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a successful team, with flexibility around experience level. The RoleWorking closely with the Bid and Operational teams, you'll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders across refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for both new and existing clients. Duties include: Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions Producing quantities from drawings and specifications Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations Pricing labour, plant and material costs Supporting value engineering and cost planning Identifying commercial risks and opportunities Working collaboratively with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners About YouWe're keen to hear from candidates with estimating experience gained within social housing, property services, refurbishment or the wider construction sector. You'll ideally have: Experience pricing projects from first principles Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Experience preparing competitive tenders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer Salary from £35,000 - £75,000 depending on experience Company car or car allowance Hybrid working  Greater remote working flexibility for highly experienced candidates 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell annual leave Company pension with contributions up to 7.5% Healthcare scheme, lifestyle discounts and additional employee benefits This role can be based from offices across the West Midlands, with applications also welcomed from candidates able to work from Stoke-on-Trent or Burton upon Trent
