Estimator - HVAC Industry

Estimator - HVAC/FM Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience) We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and become the primary point of contact for all quotation-related activities. This role would suit a highly organised estimator with a strong HVAC background and experience working within facilities management, building services, or a similar environment. Responsibilities Acting as the main point of contact for quotations and estimates Reviewing engineers' reports and producing accurate cost estimates Preparing quotations for planned and reactive works Supporting procurement activities for the service team Assisting with PPM tenders and related documentation Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and procedures Key Requirements Essential HVAC knowledge Strong understanding of SFG20 standards and compliance Ability to interpret and assess engineers' reports Procurement experience for service-related works when required Experience preparing and pricing PPM tender packs Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Package Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience Opportunity to join a growing team with an immediate impact on operations Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
