The role of the Estimator
Interior Fit-Out will involve: Predominately an Estimator role with additional commercial manager duties, dealing with a range of interior fit-out projects covering: partitions, furniture, ceilings, fit-out Gain an understanding of project requirements through drawings, specifications, tender documents and client liaison Analyse project plans and perform quantity take-offs to accurately estimate labour, material, equipment and subcontractor costs Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and proposals in line with client requirements Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the estimating process Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, pricing information and project documentation Support cost control initiatives and prepare reports for management review and decision-making The ideal applicant will be an Estimator
