Estimator
to support tendering activity across a diverse and technically interesting workload. The Role: Estimator You will support the estimating team with tender reviews, pricing and cost analysis across a wide range of security-focused projects. This role suits someone with early estimating experience who wants to progress within a specialist manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing schedules Review tender documents, drawings and specifications Calculate material, labour and subcontractor costs Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors Maintain organised records of estimates and submissions Work collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Production teams Required Skills & Experience Experience in an Estimator role, with all construction backgrounds considered Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Confident using Excel and estimation software, with Bluebeam or PlanSwift beneficial Knowledge of AutoCAD beneficial Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a growing department Why Join Them Genuine progression into senior-level estimating Supportive family-run culture Work on unique, high-profile security and healthcare projects Competitive salary and benefits package
