Estimator

Position: Estimator (Hybrid) Location: Rugby Salary: up to £70,000 plus package D.O.E Estimator or Senior Estimator from a specialist Sub-Contractor background will be considered. Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £100 million, delivering primarily New Build & Refurbishment projects from a Head office located in the West Midlands. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Commercial & Later Living. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £28million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Pre-Construction Director is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication. * Experience of working independently as well as in a Team * Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills * Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: * up to £70,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance * Contributory pension scheme * Competitive benefits package * Opportunity to be involved high-profile, high-value tenders
