EUC Team Leader
Here at Harvey Nash, we’re working with a local client to recruit an EUC Team Lead. This role will be responsible for managing and developing a small team, while also helping to shape the future of workplace technology across the organisation.
You’ll play a key role in delivering customer-focused EUC services and supporting a transformational rollout of Google Chromebooks and ChromeOS as part of a wider modern workplace strategy.
Alongside this, you’ll support the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Microsoft environment, including Azure, Intune, Active Directory, security, and endpoint management.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a small EUC team, managing delivery across BAU and transformation projects.
- Lead the organisation’s transition to Google Chromebooks and ChromeOS, supporting the design, rollout, adoption, and optimisation of the new environment.
- Manage ChromeOS, Google Workspace, and Google Admin Console, including device management, policies, security, and compliance.
- Support the integration of Google and Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Act as the EUC subject matter expert and key point of contact, providing technical guidance and support across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement across the modern workplace, identifying opportunities for automation, optimisation, and improved user experience.
- Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers to deliver the future‑state workplace technology strategy.
This role is critical to the successful delivery and ownership of the organisation’s workplace transformation. Strong, hands‑on experience supporting Google Chromebooks and ChromeOS is essential, along with experience managing and optimising relevant Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. The successful candidate will be expected to take a hands‑on approach to the rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of the new environment.
