Event Manager and Supervisor

Employability Events and Trips Co-ordinator Harrow-on-the-Hill, with requirement to work at Uxbridge and Richmond when required Salary in the range of £28,209 33,621 per annum including London Weighting In this role, you would be responsible for planning and implementing a full range of trips that operate from the HRUC Employability Team. You would also support and organise employer events and student facing employability activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives. Experience working in a busy administrative role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines Experience of organising overseas trips Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide a professional service to students and internal stakeholders Knowledge of the Turing Scheme or international work placements (desirable) You will be joining a supportive and inclusive organisation, with many opportunities for professional development and growth.
