The Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking an Events Bar Team Leader. You will lead a high-energy bar team within our Conference & Events operation, delivering first-class guest experiences at conferences, galas and large-scale events.

Based at a premier events venue, you will drive service excellence under pressure, coach staff, and coordinate multiple bars to ensure smooth operation and memorable guest moments throughout peak periods.
