Event Operations Manager – £52,000–£57,000 Yellow 42 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Perthshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on events professional to lead the operational delivery of a varied portfolio of conferences, weddings, private dining and bespoke events, ensuring exceptional standards from planning through to execution. The Role Lead the day-to-day operation of Conference & Banqueting and Private Dining. Deliver high-profile events to exceptional service and operational standards. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing events team. Work closely with Events Planning, Culinary and wider operational teams. Manage staffing, resources, budgets, payroll and departmental performance. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Act as a senior point of contact for VIP guests and complex events. Drive continuous improvement, commercial performance and exceptional guest experiences. Be a visible, hands-on leader who leads by example. About You We’re looking for someone with: Strong experience within luxury hospitality, events or Conference & Banqueting. A proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile events. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong commercial and financial awareness. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. A hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail. Confidence dealing with VIPs, clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
